I don't believe in sueing but this is an instance that I wouldn't hesitate to hire several attorneys. If the banks can't hire decent staff, then they deserve to be served with a summons to appear in court on the proper charge. Put the manager of any department in jail.

Optomyst has it right. I was on line at a WalMart the other day. The guy in front of me had one item - cost 54 cents. Unbelievable! Too many use cards for everything and then wonder how they spent so much money that month.
